The following are the different types of treatments employed at Korean Medicine Center :

  • Acupuncture, which inserts needles into acupoints at the exterior body to regulate the body system, prevent illness and alleviate pain;
  • Moxibustion, which applies warm stimulation to the surface of the body to prevent, remedy and cure symptoms;
  • Herbal Medicine, which uses medicinal herbs to not only treat illness but also strengthen the immune system and enhance vitality;
  • Herbal Acupuncture, or Pharmacopuncture, which combines acupuncture with herbal medicine;
  • Cupping therapy, which relaxes tight muscles, tissues, or nerves to improve overall condition of the body;
  • and Chuna or Tuina Therapy, which applies manual stimulation like gentle pressure to correct dislocations in the vertebra/joints or functional disturbances of internal organs/musculoskeletal systems.
